Rochelle Marie Adam's work poses inquiries into the ephemeral nature of our lives and the spaces we occupy. She considers the delicate equilibrium between restlessness and contentment, gratitude and concern, and the paths we forge for ourselves. Within her imagery, Adam invites viewers to quietly see the interconnected nature of our collective encounters, and the feelings that reside in the interstitial spaces. Moreover, it illuminates the anchoring effects of the elements and individuals that forge our connection to a place.
